Previous weekend we went to Kentucky lake, about 300km from Vancouver, in Okanagan. Another glacial lake and another beautiful shade of green. It was raining on Friday but cleared up on Saturday bringing a beautiful and warm day. We hiked around lake, then kayaked and even tried to fish but they were too smart for us 😛
Anyway, I woke up around 5 in the morning both days making photographs and walking around with a mug of hot coffee. It was cold but refreshing and I enjoyed listening almost perfect silence of that calm place. Obviously I was not the only one.
Anyway, silent green lakes of BC continues to amaze me. Completely out of the everyday world I am dealing with, they "reset" me every time giving me strength to start next week all over again.
